Poem...Shall Remember

WE SHALL REMEMBER

You gave your all that you had you gave. We shall remember, though in your lonely grave

that we in freedom might abide; You lie, heedless of wind or tide.

And evermore your glorious sacrifice We shall remember you, oh, gallant dead!

We shall remember. It was for us you died Through our tears, with gratitude and pride.
